Gigabyte GA-E350N-USB3 Preview

Manufacturer: [URL="http://www.giga-byte.co.uk/"]Gigabyte (http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/motherboards/2011/01/04/amd-zacate-mini-itx-motherboards-preview/1)

The first AMD Fusion APUs, codenamed Bobcat, have just been launched. What's more, we've already managed to have a look at a number of mini-ITX motherboards using the dual-core Zacate flavour of the CPU architecture.

First up is Gigabyte's GA-E350N-USB3 board. Much like the Atom-based mini-ITX boards of yesterday, the GA-E350N-USB3 integrates the E-350 APU onto the actual PCB itself. This is because there is simply no socket option available from AMD.

Asus E35MI-I Deluxe mini-ITX Preview

Manufacturer: Asus (http://www.asus.com/)

We don't have a lot of information about Asus' E35MI-I Deluxe Zacate board, simply because Asus doesn't really know that we've seen it. We just found the box on a desk and decided to have a nose around. As such, take what you see with a pinch of salt, as this may not be the final design. However, Asus did previously admit (http://www.bit-tech.net/news/hardware/2010/08/12/asus-has-amd-fusion-mini-itx-in-development/1) to us that it had a Fusion-based mini-ITX board in the works, and this could be it.

MSI E350-E45 mini-ITX preview

Manufacturer: MSI (http://www.msi.com/)

Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of information about MSI's E350-E45 mini-ITX motherboard either, as the company sent us the photos below late in the day without any additional information. Despite this, though, you can still get an idea of what's potentially on offer.

As you can see, the board features MSI's new black and blue colour scheme. The only exceptions to this are the four white SATA 6Gbps ports, which are nestled in between the four-lane PCI-E graphics slot and the large CPU heatsink.
